The Oldham County Chamber of Commerce and SCORE (Counselors to America’s Small Business) have joined forces to establish a business counseling center in LaGrange, Kentucky. This new partnership will bring valuable small business counseling services to the Oldham County area business community.

Oldham County has experienced a population growth of 16 percent in the last five years and is the fourth fastest-growing county in the Commonwealth.  Oldham County also ranks as the 16th largest county with LaGrange being the largest city in the county.

The SCORE Association was formed in 1964 and is dedicated to entrepreneur education and the formation, growth and success of small business nationwide. SCORE’s 389 Chapters and 10,500 business counselors have assisted more than 7.2 Million Americans with small business counseling and workshops. Volunteers provide free and confidential experienced-based business advice and mentoring to clients. SCORE is a resource partner of the U.S. Small Business Administration.
