WORKSHOPS:
OWNING YOUR OWN BUSINESS
After the well received OYOB in the Fall, we will provide the next workshop on March 29 and 30, 2010, in the evening from 5:45pm to 9:00pm. "Owning your Own Busines" is designed to acquaint you with many of the aspects of owning your own business. The specific topics are: Pesonal Attributes, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Government Regulations, Insurance, Accounting, and the Business Plan.
Admission is limited to 20 attendees and registration is required to assure room for everyone. Call eMERGING VENTURES to register at the number below. A fee of $35 per individual is for the two sessions and also covers any return visits you may choose to attend. Business partners and/or spouses are $20 each and registration is required for all.
All workshops are on the 3rd Floor, 200 East Third St, Owensboro, KY 42303.

SCORE is a nationwide non-profit organization that is always looking for retired business men and women to continue using there skills and experience to benefit others . We want you to help give small business the edge It needs to succeed. It takes experience to make the right choices.
SCORE has 389 chapters in locations throughout the United States and its territories, with 11,500 volunteers nationwide. We would like you to join our growing number of members. Local chapters provide free counseling and low-cost workshops in their communities. Both working and retired executives and business owners donate their time and expertise as business counselors.
